RiboCop RNA Depletion Kit v1.3
Description: Cat. No. 037.24, 037.96 RiboCop rRNA Depletion Kit enables removal of ribosomal RNA from human/mouse/rat total RNA and is suited for Next Generation Sequencing as well as other demanding RNA analysis applications. RiboCop is offered in different kit sizes as a stand-alone kit (Cat. No. 037.24, 037.96) as well as a combination with CORALL Total RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit (Cat. No. 096.24, 096.96). RiboCop V1.3 contains the new, faster protocol allowing for rRNA depletion in 1.5 hours (30 minutes hands-on time). The kit components and performance have not changed. If you wish to perform the V1.2 protocol, you can do so. V1.3 and V1.2 are fully compatible.
